Description
i. Seventeen general maps of the following provinces; viz. Tchy li, Shan toong, Kiang sou and Ngan hwei, Kiang si, Tche kiang, Foo kian, Kwang toong, Kwang si, Hoo-nan, Hoo pe, Ho nan, Shan si, Shen si, Kan soo, Szu tchhuan, Yun nan, and Kivei tchew. ii. One hundred and eighty five maps of the departments of China, translated in 1827 from the work intituled Nei fu yu ti thu, printed by order of the Emperor Khian lung, about the year 1750. These maps are arranged under their respective provinces, viz. Tschy li, 9 maps ; Sching king or Liao tung, 3 maps; Kiang nan, 18 maps; Kiang si, 13 maps; Hu kuang, 20 maps; Fu kian, 10 maps; Schan tung, 6 maps; Schan si, 8 maps; Ho nan, 9 maps; Schen sy, 15 maps; Szu tschhuan, 17 maps; Tsche kiang, 2 maps; Kuang tung, 11 maps; Kuang si, 11 maps; Yun nan, 22 maps; Kuei tschen, 11 maps. iii. Maps of Chan-toung, Pe-tchy-ly, and Ho-nan;-Five maps of Kuang-tung;-Maps of Schen-si and Hoo-nan. iv. Fifteen skeleton maps of Chen si, thirteen maps of Kan sou, after the new Imperial Geography;-Four maps of Kan sou, five maps of Tzu-tchhuan, and six maps of Yi thow. v. Thirteen maps of the departments of the Island of Hainan. vi. Eighty-four "Cartes muettes," of parts of China, without names. vii. Six highly finished maps of Japan.
